This is what you can expect when dealing with us

Step 1- We speak with landowners and discuss how we can help. 

Step 2- Site meeting and discussion, further due diligence with planning consultants and architects, assessing the current local market.

Step 3- We offer and sign in to an option agreement. All costs covered by us!

Step 4- We submit planning application within 12 weeks of signing the option agreement.

Step 5- Receiving an approved planning application from the council. 

Step 6- Successful planning gain- Our clients profit.

Step 7- Build start and site development completion.
